Many decisions are made together in the groups, while the board and other bodies create the organizational framework.

The advisory board advises and supervises the work of the board and consists of appointed members.
The council consists of delegates from the board, sports groups and advisory board and serves exchange and club-wide projects.

The statutes are, in a sense, the “constitution” of our club: they lay down the basic rules, responsibilities, bodies and decision-making processes and thus form the binding framework for everything we do together. Changes to the statutes cannot simply be decided day to day, but only by the general assembly. This requires a motion to amend the statutes, which the members discuss at a general assembly and then vote on.
Roter Stern thrives on the commitment of its members. Whether in training, in projects or in the organization – there are many ways to get involved and help shape the club.
