General assembly
The general assembly is the highest body of Roter Stern Berlin. Here the members decide on fundamental questions of the club, elect the board and determine the future development of the club.

The democratic foundation of the club
All members of the club come together at the general assembly. It forms the democratic basis of the club structure and makes the most important decisions for the club.

- Amending the fee and financial regulations

- Resolution on dissolving the club

All members of the club are invited and entitled to vote.
