Management
The management is responsible for the operational implementation of the club’s work and organizes day-to-day business. It coordinates processes, supports the areas of the club and ensures that everything runs smoothly.
As a body of the club, it acts within the responsibilities assigned to it and implements the decisions of the board and the general assembly.
As a special representative under § 30 BGB (German Civil Code), the management is responsible for the areas of business assigned to it by the statutes, rules of procedure and board resolutions.

How it works
The management works closely with the board, sports groups and other people involved in the club. It acts transparently, in a structured and process-oriented way, and ensures clear procedures and reliable communication.
The focus is on service-oriented support for volunteers, the independent organization of ongoing tasks and the implementation of decisions within the assigned responsibilities. Regular coordination and documentation ensure traceability and continuity.
