We delete personal data as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The host processes the data on our behalf.
When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, previously visited page (referrer), browser type and operating system. We need this data to deliver the website and ensure its security and stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted automatically after a limited period.
The transmission of this website is encrypted via SSL/TLS. You can recognise this by the padlock symbol and “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
We use the Borlabs Cookie plugin to obtain and store your consent to cookies and external content. A cookie called “borlabs-cookie” is set, in which your choice is stored. The plugin runs on our server; no data is transmitted to the manufacturer.
The legal basis is our legal obligation to be able to prove consent (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and § 25(2) TDDDG, as the cookie is technically necessary. You can change or withdraw your choice at anytime via the symbol at the bottom left of every page.
We use the Independent Analytics plugin to understand which pages are visited and how often. The statistics are created directly on our server; no cookies are set and no data is transmitted to third parties. We only evaluate the data in aggregated form and cannot draw conclusions about individual people.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you send us Inquiries via the contact form or by email, your details from the Inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the Inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at anytime. An informal email to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your Inquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
To protect our forms against spam and automated access, we use hCaptcha by Intuition Machines, Inc., 350 Alabama St, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA. hCaptcha checks whether an input comes from a human. For this purpose, your IP address, information about your browser and device and your behavior on the page, among other things, are transmitted to hCaptcha. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process.

On our website you can fill in a membership application for our club. It is transmitted to us in encrypted form and then processed by the board. In addition to your contact details, we also process your bank details for collecting fees by SEPA direct debit. The data is stored in our membership administration and, where applicable, used for internal evaluations.
For membership administration, the members’ area (login), newsletter and members’ shop, we use the club software VereinOnline by GRITH AG, Von-Poschinger-Str. 32, 85737 Ismaning, Germany. GRITH AG processes the data on our behalf. When you open the login or the shop, you are taken to VereinOnline pages.
Processing is based on the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after membership ends). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular tax retention periods – remain unaffected.
You can subscribe to our newsletter via VereinOnline. For this we need your email address. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at anytime via the link in the newsletter or by emailing us.
On some pages we embed videos from YouTube. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The videos are only loaded once you agree to this in the cookie notice or in the video placeholder. Only then is data such as your IP address transmitted to YouTube; a transfer to the USA is possible.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at anytime with effect for the future.
For better accessibility we offer an accessibility tool (Ally by Elementor). It is loaded from servers of the provider Elementor Ltd., and your IP address is transmitted to the provider. Your settings in the tool are stored locally in your browser.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an accessible website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
On our website we link to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Discord. These are simple links, not embedded plugins. Data is only transmitted to the respective providers when you click a link and visit their page. The providers’ privacy policies apply there.
To protect against attacks, our security plugin logs suspicious access, for example repeated failed login attempts, including the IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You have the right to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent you have given at anytime with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
Right to object: Insofar as we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you can object to this processing at anytime on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (datenschutz-berlin.de).
