Who’s it for?
For all genders from age 16 or 18 (depending on the team) and for children (born 2019/2020). Open to beginners and advanced players – solidarity and respect come first.

What to expect
Technique training
The focus is on fundamentals, combinations and clean movement.
Fitness & conditioning
Endurance, strength and mobility are built up holistically in training.
Community
Respectful training in an open and supportive group.
Competition
Taking part in competitions is possible, but not a must.
