- Technique trainingServes, ball control and tactical play are trained specifically – adapted to your level.
- Fitness & conditioningSpeed, coordination and agility are the focus for a dynamic game.
- CommunityOpen training in a respectful atmosphere. Playing together, learning from each other and enjoying the sports.
- CompetitionWe play in the league. Competitions are possible, but not a must.
